About Philip

Philip is a Registered Liquidator and Chartered Accountant with more than 20 years’ experience providing highly successful, end-to-end solutions for clients in the field of insolvency. Philip is a trusted advisor who helps clients to navigate complex financial challenges and provide tailored advice, whether it involves small business restructuring or voluntary administrations, liquidations, receiverships and informal workouts.

Philip’s diverse industry expertise allows him to tailor solutions for businesses of all sizes and backgrounds. He brings a wealth of knowledge to the Helm Advisory team across a range of industries, including agriculture, manufacturing, mining services, real estate, labour hire, hospitality, construction, retail, transport and freight.

As a Registered Liquidator, Philip is well equipped to handle the full spectrum of insolvency issues, including:

  • Litigation Matters: Preparing expert reports to assist with litigation.
  • Safe Harbour: Advising and monitoring for safe harbour protection.
  • Secured Lender Reports: Preparing reports for secured lenders regarding their security position.
  • Expert insolvency advice: Philip also brings 20 years’ experience as a director of an SME in the printing industry, giving him a wealth of unique knowledge beyond the traditional Chartered Accountant’s background, which Helm Advisory’s clients particularly respect.
