Stephen is a founding partner of Helm Advisory and the company’s Managing Director. As a Chartered Accountant, and Registered Liquidator and Official Liquidator of the Supreme Court of NSW and Federal Court of Australia, Stephen leverages more than 30 years of professional and corporate experience to help businesses in distress. He wears many hats and is also a Voluntary Administrator, Deed Administrator, Receiver and Manager, Agent for the mortgagee in possession and Trustee of Sale of Property for various entities.
Stephen’s diverse and well qualified expertise lies in asset sales, turnarounds and corporate restructuring. His hands-on approach ensures Stephen is deeply involved in every project, guiding directors and stakeholders through difficult financial challenges and assuring a successful outcome with many of his insolvency assignments.
